PAUSE, REFLECT AND REJOICE

As the year comes to an end, take some time to pause, reflect, rejoice, and Plan.

PAUSE
The year carried its own weight: unexpected turns, answered prayers, silent battles, victories. This year asked a lot of you. It stretched your faith, your patience, your expectations. Yet you were carried through days you once thought would overwhelm you.

Recognize the strength that carried you, the grace that covered gaps you didn’t know how to fill, the quiet mercies hidden in ordinary days.

Recognise that you didn’t walk through this year alone. Take a moment and acknowledge grace. Your survival itself is a testimony.

REFLECT
Reflection gathers wisdom from experience.
Looking back helps us see patterns: what drained us, what strengthened us, where God met us again and again. Reflection is not about regret; it’s about understanding. It turns life lessons into guidance for the future.

Ask yourself:

  • What lessons do I want to carry forward?
  • What habits need adjusting?
  • What season am I stepping out of?
REJOICE
We rejoice not because everything worked out, but because we were sustained
Rejoice for growth, resilience, and the gift of beginning again.

PLAN
Plan with flexibility.
Plan with trust that God goes ahead of you.
