CARRY HEAVEN'S PEACE ON EARTH

We often pray for peace on earth; for nations, communities, families, and relationships. And we are right to do so. The world needs peace. The happenings around us reminds us of that.

But then, a restless world cannot produce peace for a restless soul.

We expect external calm to fix internal storms. We tell ourselves, “When things settle down, I’ll be at peace.”
But things rarely settle. Life keeps moving. Demands keep coming. Seasons keep changing.

Peace that depends on circumstances will always be fragile.

You Become What You Carry
When peace lives in you, you bring it into rooms without trying so hard.
Your words soften edges. Your presence calms tension.
Peace on earth begins when people decide to guard their inner world.

So today, instead of asking the world to change, pause and ask:
  • What am I allowing to rule my heart?
  • Where have I exchanged peace for pressure?
  • What would it look like to rest, right here, right now?

Because the most powerful prayer may not be “God, fix everything around me,”
but “God, establish Your peace within me.”

And when peace settles in you, it doesn’t stay there.
It spills. It spreads. It quietly heals the earth; one soul at a time.

Peace on earth begins with peace in you.

We are witnessing a season where old posts are resurfacing, and careers are shaking. Appointments are being reconsidered. Partnerships are being withdrawn. Public trust is being questioned. After watching the movie "Waiting Wars" by Gloria Bamiloye, you find tthat there is the faith that makes noise and there is the faith that remains when the noise fades. The kind that survives unanswered questions. The kind that keeps showing up long after the excitement has worn off. The kind that does not collapse when feelings fluctuate.
