REST IN GOD'S TIMING

Resting in God’s timing doesn’t mean doing nothing. It means living with trust instead of anxiety. It’s letting go of the need to control every outcome and allowing God to lead the pace.

When you rest in His timing, you stop rushing just because others are running. You learn to wait without panicking, because you believe what He promised in Habakkuk 2:3:

The vision is yet for an appointed time… though it tarry, wait for it; because it will surely come, it will not tarry.

Rest is an act of faith. It says, “I trust that God’s clock is never late, and His delays are never denials.”

Think of it like a seed in the soil. No matter how much you water it, you can’t force it to sprout before its appointed season. The seed’s “waiting period” isn’t wasted; underground, roots are growing strong enough to support the future tree.

That’s what God’s timing does for you. It builds unseen strength. It prepares you to carry the blessing without breaking under its weight. And when the moment comes, you’ll realize it wasn’t just about what you were waiting for, it was about who you became while you waited.

When the time is right, God doesn’t need years to bring things together. He can shift your story in a single day. The job, the spouse, the breakthrough, the open door; when it’s from Him, it comes with peace and purpose, not striving.

So if you feel behind today, relax. You are exactly where you need to be for what God is preparing in you and for you. You’re not late. You’re in divine timing.

Happy Weekend!
