HOW TO STAY MOTIVATED ON YOUR WORST DAYS. PART 2
Hello and welcome.
Here is part 2 of how to stay motivated even on your worst days.
Words shape atmosphere. When you're low, speak words of encouragement out loud:
“I am stronger than I feel.”
“This is temporary.”
“Something good is still ahead.”
Scripture, affirmations, or quotes can shift your mood and ignite your willpower.
Sometimes, the most spiritual and productive thing you can do is rest. Not quit, rest.
Burnout often masquerades as laziness. If you’re exhausted, honor your body and mind with rest. Then, get up and try again, refreshed.
Even if you’re not feeling talkative, listen to a podcast, watch a sermon, or read a book that lifts your spirit. Let other people’s light re-ignite yours.
Everyone has low days. You’re not weak or failing, you’re human. The key isn’t to pretend everything is fine. It’s to keep showing up, even if all you have is a whisper of effort.
You don’t have to do it perfectly. You just have to keep going.
“Though the righteous fall seven times, they rise again.” – Proverbs 24:16
