SYSTEMS THAT LET YOUR GOALS THRIVE

Welcome, Welcome, Welcome. Do have a seat and make yourself comfortable.

So in my effort to be a part of your success story this year, I have taken the month of January to iron out your goals with you, shining the torch in the dark places and just making sure that - that goal is achieved.

We looked at systems and benefits the last time, we are going to look at specific systems you need to put in place for your goals to come to fruition.

Did you know-that God is the author of systems? They did'nt just start today. When God created the world we live in today and the first man and woman, He put a system in place so that the earth and man can reproduce itself. Imagine if God had to create every single man, plant, animal currently inhabiting the earth- that would be a lot of work. So when God rested on the 7th day, He could do that because, He had set up a sysytem in place that would allow the earth run on auto-pilot. (Genesis 1-2:2-3, Act 17:26-28). You too can rest when you have systems in place.

Have you noticed that I love quotes? I love how they tend to hit the nail on the head, it either gets you running or deeply think about your life.

Systems that support your goals typically create structure, consistency, and focus, which ultimately allow you to achieve more effectively. Here are some key systems that can help your goals thrive:

1. Daily Planning System: This involves setting clear daily priorities, breaking down your goals into actionable steps, and creating a schedule to tackle them. Tools like planners, to-do lists, or digital apps like Notion or Todoist can help you stay on track.

2. Accountability System: Having someone to check in with—whether it’s a mentor, accountability partner, or even tracking progress publicly—can keep you motivated and ensure you're progressing consistently.

3. Time Management System: Methods like the Pomodoro Technique (someone is saying what's that one again. please google it 😊), time blocking, or the 80/20 rule can optimize how you spend your time. By focusing on high-leverage activities, you maximize your impact with the time you have.

4. Habit Formation System: Systems like habit stacking or the use of tracking tools (e.g., Habitica or Streaks) can help you build consistent habits that support your long-term goals. When habits become automatic, they require less mental effort to maintain.

5. Feedback and Reflection System: Regularly reviewing your progress, adjusting your approach based on results, and reflecting on what’s working and what isn’t can help you stay aligned with your goals. This might involve weekly reviews or journaling.

6. Support System: Surrounding yourself with people who encourage and challenge you can help maintain your energy and commitment. This could be through a community, professional network, or personal relationships.

7. Resource Management System: Being organized in how you use your resources—time, money, energy—helps you stay efficient and focused. Whether it's budgeting or ensuring you have the tools you need, managing resources is crucial.

The key is consistency and adaptability—creating a system that works for you and adjusting it as your goals and circumstances evolve.

Goodbye to January, February is knocking, please let it in.

Keep birthing possibilities.
